My girlfriend dragged me to a mat yoga class, convinced it would help with my work stress and terrible posture from coding all day. I was skeptical – thought yoga was just stretching. Man, was I wrong! The Power Yoga class kicked my butt in the best way. Three months in, my chronic neck pain is gone, I’m sleeping better, and I actually have abs for the first time in my life. The 6 AM classes fit perfectly before work, and the instructors create a judgment-free zone where guys feel welcome. Already got two coworkers hooked!
