I started aerial yoga to improve flexibility for swimming, but it’s become SO much more! Jessica makes every class fun – it doesn’t feel like working out even though it’s challenging. The teen classes are perfect because everyone’s my age and we all support each other. My swim times have improved, but more importantly, yoga helps me deal with school stress and competition anxiety. My friends think it’s so cool that I can do aerial inversions! My mom loves that it’s something positive and healthy. Can’t wait for the summer yoga camp! 🧘â€â™€ï¸âœ¨
